The sun shone for our Walk On Wednesday (WOW) in Drum Manor Forest Park. Each class participated in a range of forest school activities. P1/2 went on a nature scavenger hunt, played Pooh sticks, made collage fish, birds’ nests and pictures of vases of flowers. P3/4/5 designed nature portraits and played team games. P5/6/7 also made nature portraits. They created a residence for rabbit, whittled sticks, had a collecting water race and tried to fly kites despite the lack of wind. We think it is fair to say, “A good time was had by all!”
