Staff had to deal with very unruly pupils today as the children paid fines to break school rules. Money raised will be used to help fund the end of term fun2bfit week. No yolk, the P5/6/7 class had an eggs-traodinary day. They began by drawing roosters inspired by the work of Pablo Picasso and then had a fun introduction to Newton's Laws of Motion. They were able (mostly!) to drop coins and eggs into containers when the structures they were balanced on were flicked away. The children were then challenged to make parachutes that would ensure eggs landed safely when launched from a height. Two groups succeeded and the others certainly had a smashing time!
